Compliance Manual
Comprehensive written materials, to give you all you need to update your processes, including:
- checklists of the steps you must take to comply with the new law
- precedent staff manual; just fill in the blanks with details relevant to your firm, then issue it to your staff, to ensure you are complying with the law, and can demonstrate compliance to regulators
- client identification & risk assessment form
- guidance on the difficult issues (like how to make a report, and when does privilege apply)
- copies of the relevant legislation.
Note: all materials are provided both as hard copy and as Word documents, so you can easily adapt the precedents, and circulate the materials within your firm.

Updating
At no extra charge, we will enrol you in the Socrates updating service for the next 12 months. We will alert you to changes in money laundering law and practice by e-mail. We will also e-mail you revisions to the written materials as necessary over that time. Thereafter you can choose to renew your subscription for a modest sum (currently just £190 p.a.), ensuring your firm always has the latest training and know-how.
